Pioneering PVD Process
Clean Factory employs an innovative PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) wrapping technique, embedding genuine 18ct Gold and Platinum directly onto the 904L steel surface. This method provides a coating that is significantly thicker and more resilient than the standard “gold plating” used by competitors.
When coupled with a hardy Titanium Nitride base layer, the outcome is an incredibly tough, scratch-resistant gold finish.
