⚠️ Important: Understanding Your Tracking Status
You may notice that your tracking status says “Label Created” or “Data Received” but shows no movement for several days.
Please do not panic. This is normal.
To ensure 100% customs safety, we use Triangular Shipping:
- Stage 1 (Hidden): The watch travels from our facility to a Safe Hub (Germany/UK/HK). This leg is internal and does not update on public tracking to protect the package.
- Stage 2 (Visible): Once the package clears customs at the Safe Hub, it is handed over to the local courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). This is when your tracking number will activate.

During the customs clearance or transfer process at the intermediate hub, public tracking data may lag behind the actual movement.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, please contact our support team. We can manually check the internal logistics status for you.
