Yet, the intricate nature of watchmaking can sometimes lead to unforeseen issues. If you encounter any challenges with your timepiece, we assure swift and efficient resolution.
What’s Included? Our 24-month warranty addresses material and production discrepancies detailed in our warranty guide. Upon evaluation and verification of the defect by our dedicated service unit, we promise to either fix or substitute the affected watch with an identical or a more advanced model if the original isn’t accessible. The warranty protocol is initiated once we receive your timepiece and validate your warranty registration information. Maintenance and warranty tasks within the warranty duration MUST be executed by a Clean Timepiece authorized service hub. Non-compliance will void the warranty, incurring additional charges.
Our Global Guarantee encompasses:
- Dislodged hands
- Malfunction of movement
- Time deviation beyond the stipulated range in the initial 24 months
- Displacement of the sapphire crystal
- Inaccurate date transition (refer to FAQ for guidance)
- Moisture intrusion with the crown securely in place
- Production shortcomings
Exclusions from the Warranty:
- Scratches, chips, or damages to the sapphire crystal after intense impacts
- Separation or breakage of the crown stem
- Wear and tear or detachment of the bezel
- Dislodgement of the bezel due to missing pins
- Scuffs or damages to the strap or bracelet
- Malfunctions or damages to the buckle clasp
- Scratches or loosening of the case back
- Any form of damage or scuffs to the watch exterior
- Missing lug screw pins
- Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized tampering
- Issues arising from unsanctioned repairs.

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations. Below are the guidelines for our replacement and return policies:
10-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
- The 10-day replacement warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages during shipping, but it does not apply to damages resulting from regular use, wear and tear, or customer negligence.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE (For instances when you’re not fully satisfied with our products):
Return Steps:
- Contact us at service@cleanfactoryus.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1(659) 253-4343 to initiate the return.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs initially covered by us are non-refundable.
- Ensure you return the product within 10 days from the date of its receipt.
- The product being returned should be in its original, unused state and should be sent back in the original packaging.
- Along with the product, please provide the original receipt or any proof of purchase.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return conditions.
- We will update you regarding the status of your refund post the inspection.
- If your return meets our criteria, the refund will be processed via Bank Wire Transfer or another preferred payment method you choose.
- The refund will reflect in your account within 6 to 7 business days.
