Clean Factory Rolex Daytona 126503 – A Close Examination of the Two-Tone Black Dial Variant

Among recent releases in the super clone market, Clean Factory’s rendition of the Rolex Daytona 126503 has drawn attention—not for flash, but for its approach to material accuracy and construction consistency.

This particular version features a two-tone configuration, combining 904L stainless steel with gold-plated elements in both the case and bracelet. The black enamel dial is notable for its deep gloss and consistency under various lighting conditions. It avoids the grayish undertones sometimes found in replicas, presenting instead a true black tone that aligns closely with the original model.

Marker stones are moissanite, offering optical characteristics similar to natural diamonds in clarity and refraction. While not genuine diamonds, moissanite provides a practical alternative, especially for those prioritizing visual fidelity over gemstone value.

The bezel presents one of the more technically refined aspects of the release. Lettering thickness and enamel infill follow the proportions of the original Daytona bezel, with a matte black finish that avoids the over-polished or uneven textures seen in previous versions from other manufacturers. The grain of the black infill appears consistent across the scale, and the numerals are well-centered with balanced kerning.

Attention has also been given to bracelet integration. The end links are crafted using a three-part structure, fully electroplated in disassembled form. This process improves tonal consistency and structural symmetry between steel and gold sections. The weight distribution of the bracelet contributes to a balanced feel on the wrist.

Internally, this model continues to use the 4131 super clone movement, which offers full chronograph functionality and sweep behavior close to that of the Rolex original. While it’s not a certified chronometer, performance testing places it within tolerances acceptable for everyday use.

This release doesn’t attempt to introduce radical changes. Instead, it focuses on correcting small, often overlooked details that accumulate into a more refined overall presentation. In doing so, it may offer insight into how super clone production continues to evolve toward greater material and structural accuracy—particularly in areas like bezel finishing and bracelet electroplating.
